If you are in regional Victoria, it’s your last weekend to catch Damien Shen’s tintypes in the Ballarat International Foto Biennale! Combining tintype photographs with engraving, Damien explores aspects of his Ngarrindjerri and Chinese cultural heritage, and how the experiences of moving between Aboriginal and Chinese social spaces as a child, has impacted his personal development.
Damien’s works are included in the exhibition ‘We will all eventually return to the earth’ at the Mining Exchange.
