MARS teams up with Chapel Street’s PROVOCARÉ Festival of the Arts to create an ARTWALK for lovers of contemporary art and street art.
Over the two consecutive weekends of the festival, attendees will discover the art in the galleries and laneways stretching along
Beginning at [MARS] Gallery in Windsor, where the ruminations of New York-based Australian artist Bonnie Lane are on show, guests will then be taken on a local’s guided tour of street art dotted throughout the cobblestone laneways behind Chapel Street and the numerous gallery spaces lining the precinct.
Along the way, you will discover Windsor’s version of Hosier Lane, and hear about the history of street art, and why it has become a worldwide phenomenon.
