Tony Lloyd has curated a new solo exhibition for MONA’S Dark Mofo Festival 2019 showcasing digital-media artist Chris Henschke. Henschke’s new show ‘Demon Core’ is based on a nuclear accident that happened at Los Alamos Laboratory in 1946. Demon Core is an installation in an 150 year old gunpowder magazine that translates sub atomic activity into sound, light and waves. Chris has a unique talent for extracting new aesthetic possibilities from science.
