If you're out on Chapel Street braving the heat, you'll find a new installation of Tricky Walsh's iconic geometric visual language—a window decal of Spring (2024) just installed by the City of Stonnington at 72–74 Chapel St Windsor.
Tricky Walsh (they/them) is a non-binary artist whose projects focus on both spatial and communication concerns in an increasingly speculative manner. Their practice of material experimentation draws on a diversity of media, and with a speculative approach, Tricky’s work focuses on either mechanical or architectural languages and how those have defined us and our behaviours.
